Goals:
1. Encourage lifelong reading by developing and participating in school and community projects that promote literacy.
2. Provide high quality, practical professional development for local council members at each meeting.
3. Increase or maintain local, state and IRA membership by promoting and advertising benefits to area teachers and community members.
4. Provide frequent communication between the executive board, building representatives, and council members through flyers, electronic mail, and our website.
